It’s official: Little Soya is in a relationship with Facebook.
It’s our great pleasure to announce that Little Soya is officially the gluten-free soy sauce of choice in the brand new FBNY Café at Facebook New York headquarters. The excellent culinary team led by Chef Dean Spinks , Facebook’s Executive Chef responsible for providing meals for thousands of employees worldwide at all of the company’s cafes, at FBNY Café absolutely loves Little Soya, using it as a featured ingredient in a couple of delicious dishes.
Our very own Crystal Lee recently attended the grand opening happy hour at FBNY Café, and she had the opportunity to sample some of the tasty delights created using Little Soya gluten-free soy sauce.
First up were the pork buns marinated in Little Soya. This dish is a must for fans of Chinese BBQ pork and soft steamed Chinese buns, delicately balancing sweet and savory in every mouthwatering bite.
For those craving something a little lighter, FBNY Café also features Chipotle Little Soya Ahi Tuna Tartare Tacos (try saying that 5 times fast!). This creation from Chef Spinks is an absolute delight in every way, and the Little Soya really helps bring all of the flavors together in an unforgettable way.
FBNY Café is the latest dining spot to open at Facebook’s various offices across the globe. The dining scene has always been an important part of Facebook’s office culture, bringing employees together for fun, fellowship, and even some brainstorming while satisfying their taste buds and filling up their bellies. The company’s New York office has grown a lot over the last couple of years, and its all new FBNY Café is the latest step in giving the New York branch its own local flavor and identity.
