Soy Sauce Just Got Adorable? We Think So!

At least Bon Appétit agrees with us!  You can look for Little Soya on their blog and in their August issue on newsstands now.

Restaurant and Drinks editor Andrew Knowlton is a Little Soya fanatic and featured us in this month’s Foodist’s Notebook.  Knowlton noted that more and more people are starting to carry around their own flavor enhancers, whether hot sauce, chile flakes or now soy sauce.

“You can add soy sauce to that list thanks to Little Soya, which smartly packages its gluten-free product in fish-shaped single-use containers,” Knowlton wrote.  “I now travel with a few in my bag. We’ll see how the waiters react.”

Bon Appétit is one of the premier gourmet food publications in the world.  We’re so grateful and excited to be associated with such a renowned magazine.

Did you guys see Little Soya in Friday’s Houston Business Journal?  She’s becoming an outright media darling!

In case you did miss it, Little Soya was featured in the weekly publication after we landed our largest ever order to one of the biggest sushi distributors in Scandinavia. Norway’s Harlem Foods placed an initial order for 1.6 million units of Little Soya as part of a larger order of 6 million units to be delivered throughout the next year.

This is a huge step in growth for Little Soya, and we’re so excited to be able to share it with all of you.  We never could have done it without all your support!

Here’s Yet Another Glowing Little Soya Review!

Here’s the care package we sent to Tommi at Eating Delish. She loves her Little Soya!

We love to meet our fans!  Especially when we win them over on their first taste of Little Soya!

Check out this review by Tommi on Eating Delish.  She’s been a huge supporter of Little Soya ever since discovering us back in November.

Check out what Tommi had to say about our favorite soy sauce.

“I mean, does it get any cuter than these little fish shaped packets!? What is inside is even better. With 45% less sodium than the leading brand, the soy sauce flavor really shines through — rather than the overwhelming saltiness you get with the other guys.”

Thanks for all the love, Tommi!

Soy Sauce Challenge…Little Soya Wins Again!

Brian took the Little Soya challenge. Will you?

Another one bites the dust.
Little Soya is still the champion and remains undefeated in the gluten-free soy sauce taste challenge.  We’ve put it to you to see if you can find a better tasting soy sauce than our Little Soya.

Check out this blog post from Brian over at EastBayCeliac.com.  He taste-tested Little Soya and compared it to one of the leading gluten-free soy sauce brands on the market.

“The Little Soya product did have some salt notes, but was far less salty than the [other] product. And, the actual soy sauce flavor came out. And unlike other low-sodium soy sauces, it doesn’t have a bad aftertaste. It was quite refreshing to have soy sauce that is low in sodium, and has great flavor.”

There’s little surprise to us who he crowned the best-tasting.  Welcome to the club Brian!
