Houston, listen up. We’re thrilled to announce that Little Soya will have a booth at the TRA Marketplace June 22-23, 2014 at George R. Brown Convention Center. You DO NOT want to miss this! The whole Little Soya team is going to be there, and we’re going to have some special demonstrations from world-class chefs Philip Speer (Little Soya’s Executive Chef and Director of Culinary Operations for Uchi Restaurants) and Brandon Silva (Holley’s Seafood Restaurant and Oyster Bar.
The Texas Restaurant Association Marketplace is the biggest foodservice tradeshow in the entire region, attracting thousands of foodservice professionals and exhibitors for two full days of networking, education, selling, and buying. It’s the event of the year for the industry.

Chef Philip Speer Live Demo, Sunday, June 22, 1-3 pm
Little Soya’s very own Executive Chef and Culinary Director/Executive Pastry Chef at the critically acclaimed and James Beard Award winning Uchi Philip Speer will be demonstrating different uses of Little Soya and making a Salmon Ceviche. This is a can’t miss event!
Chef Brandon Silva Live Demo, Monday, June 23, 1-3 pm
Get your taste buds ready, because on Monday, Chef Brandon Silva of Holley’s Seafood Restaurant and Oyster Bar will be preparing and serving up a Crab Roll w/ Little Soya Caramel from 1-3 pm. It’s going to be delicious, we promise.
